"Dwarslaesie" is the Dutch word for "Spinal Cord Injury". People -like me- who have a SCI are sometimes called a "laesie" here in the Netherlands. This is where the word "Laesie" is from. "Laesie" sounds like "Lazy". That I find funny, so that's why I call my works: LaesieWorks.
